Labels Hub is a brand of Livato Solutions LLP, so here by if there would be any complaints/ queries/ suggestions Livato Solutions LLP will be responsible to address them and the ownership of this Labels Hub brand stays with Livato Solutions LLP.

  1. Order Processing and Dispatch
    • We strive for next-day dispatch of your order after payment confirmation.
    • Our maximum delivery time is 15 days for all India regions. Minimum is 1 day.
    • We offer buyer pickup directly from our warehouse.
  2. Warranties
    • We provide a 12-month warranty against any manufacturing defect, except for electric articles, from the date of billing.
    • Warranty for OEM parts like Engines & Motors will be handled by the respective Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) only.
  3. Delays and Undelivered Packages
    • We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control.
    • Products will be dispatched to the address provided in your order form. Specify any alternate address during checkout.
  4. Returns and Exchanges
    • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for purchased goods.
  5. Product Modifications
    • We reserve the right to modify product designs as part of continuous development and innovation.
  6. Order Cancellation and Refunds
    • You can cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund, initiated within 7 days.
    • Cancellations are not possible after dispatch.
